Rebecca’s Story
From Corporate Leadership to Successful Business Owner
Rebecca’s business journey combines senior corporate management experience with hands-on experience of building and growing her own successful franchise business.
But Rebecca wanted something different from her career.
She wanted to continue being ambitious and successful while creating greater flexibility and a better balance for her family.
Building a Business from the Ground Up
In 2020, Rebecca launched her own Puddle Ducks franchise, initially developing the Norfolk operation as a new territory before subsequently acquiring an established Suffolk territory.
Today, Rebecca has created a management structure within her existing business where an Operations Manager handles the day-to-day operation – something many business owners aspire to achieve.
Why Business Coaching?
For Rebecca, becoming an EBG Business Coach was a natural next chapter.
She has a genuine passion for learning and describes herself as a “cheerleader” for small businesses.
Having experienced business coaching herself during the development of her own company, Rebecca understands the value of having someone outside the business who can challenge your thinking, provide perspective, celebrate your successes and hold you accountable for the things you said you were going to do.
Rebecca chose to join Empowering Business Growth because EBG’s values and approach to business aligned closely with her own.
For her, business coaching isn’t about telling someone how to run their company.

As a mum to Isla and Kit, one of Rebecca’s proudest achievements has been building her career and business while remaining a present mum.
She openly recognises that achieving that balance isn’t always easy – but believes passionately that it is possible.
Her own ambition is beautifully simple: she wants her children to grow up inspired by her career and to have the courage to pursue work that makes them genuinely happy.
That philosophy also influences the way Rebecca coaches.
